This hotel is located on the coastline of East County Cork, alongside Red Barn Beach in Youghal. It is approximately a 30-minute drive from Cork City, Ireland's second largest city. Youghal is a colourful seaside town, which offers excellent shopping and leisure facilities. It is rightly regarded as one of Ireland's most popular tourism resorts. The vibrant town is the Beach Centre of East Cork. The Quality Hotel & Leisure Centre, Youghal, which opened in June 2004, is located 2 miles from the centre of Youghal and enjoys a beachfront location on the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach of Red Barn, one of Ireland's most splendid beaches. You can wine and dine at Lannigans, our ocean view restaurant on the 2nd floor or you can enjoy your favourite tipple in the Coast Bar where carvery lunch and an extensive bar food menu are available daily. Our leisure centre is Club Vitae - a small piece of heaven. You can relax and unwind in our gym, extensive 20m pool with sea views, children's pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and aerobics studio. Or maybe you would like to discover the healing qualities of the sea at La Spa Vitae. The Spa Centre includes four treatment & therapy suites including our unique hydrotherapy bath. Relax, re-energise and bring a sense of well being and harmony back to your life by coming to visit our highly qualified and skilled staff in a setting which will simply take your breath away.

Guests can walk from outside the door of the hotel, along the beach to the centre of Youghal. Each of our 25 comfortable guestrooms offer luxury to the highest standard and includes tea & coffee making facilities, multi channel TV with DVD combi, direct dial telephone, hairdryer & iron & ironing board. All rooms are spacious and well appointed to accommodate you whether you are with us for business or for leisure. We provide two bedroom Self Catering Suites (consisting of a double room en suite, a twin room, a bathroom, a living room and a fully fitted kitchen). Some of our apartments have a full sea view and these are available on request with a supplement applicable.

Lannigans Restaurant at the Quality Hotel & Leisure Centre, Youghal is a Branded Restaurant; part of the Lannigans Restaurant Chain introduced by Choice Hotels Ireland to satisfy the public demand for a lively, fun, family style Restaurant and is located on the 1st floor. The food style takes its influences from the traditional American Family Steakhouse combined with an international theme of dishes around the world. Our signature dishes such as our sharing and combination platters, along with our enchiladas will have you spoilt for choice, with some 47 dishes from which to choose. The atmosphere is casual, friendly and unpretentious. With stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean there is something for everyone, you will indeed find yourself wanting to return time and again, in fact with the Coast Bar underneath you don't have to leave the building for a terrific night out.
